Before proceeding, please confirm the following:

• You have read and understood the Healthy Communities Regional Grant Guidelines
• Your project will take place in, and benefit people living in, an eligible Torres Strait / NPA community
• You are one of the following:
  
  • a community group, club or unincorporated association
  • a local council or local government entity
  • a school, church or community organisation
  • an incorporated organisation, or
  • an unincorporated group that has (or will have) an auspice organisation to receive the funds
• You have no overdue reports or unpaid money owing to GBK as a result of previous funding or grants
• You have (or will have) appropriate insurance for the activities in this project
• Your project is not for personal benefit, political activity, or activities outside the region
